Understanding my merchant account statement

Merchant statements can often be confusing. To assist you with understanding your statement, you may view our Statement Quick Reference Guide.


How can I view my statement online?

EC Suite offers access to the eConnections online reporting portal from which you may retrieve merchant statements. To access the portal:

Do you mail my statement?

Yes, monthly processing statements are mailed out on the first business day of the following month.


How do I pay the fees for my merchant account?

Daily processing fees are deducted prior to depositing funds in your bank account. If your account is subject to monthly fees, those will be deducted from your bank account at month’s end. All daily and monthly fees will be listed on your monthly merchant statement.


I’m having trouble reconciling my account. How can EC Suite help?

EC Suite offers access to the eConnections online reporting portal from which you may view details about your daily batches, deposits and fees, in addition to viewing merchant statements. To access the portal, click here.
